When summer comes, I do almost all my cooking with appliances like my air fryer and Instant Pot. It keeps our air conditioner from having to work extra hard, and I’m allergic to heat. 
These easy air fryer bagels are made with a quick, yogurt-based dough (recipe here) from this book. I add the everything bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s.
