Cooking dry beans in the Instant Pot is very, very easy! I have a video tutorial below. đŸ™‚ I purchased my beans from Azure Standard. The price for organic, non-GMO beans is great. I have found that one pound of dry beans, cooked, will give you the equivalent to three cans of beans from the store. It is MUCH cheaper to cook them yourself.
