Meal prep is a great way to be prepared for the week, portion control, and be efficient in the kitchen. There are so many ways to do it and ingredients to use. I’ve done an easy example below. I’ve used my Instant Pot to cook the chicken from frozen and the millet.
Millet is naturally gluten-free and a healthy substitute for other grains. The Bob’s Mill brand even puts pressure cooker instructions on the back of the bag!
