I know, more birds. 🙂 What can I say? I love to paint them! This brown thrush turned out so peaceful (VIDEO BELOW). In the pictures below, you can see some of the steps and layers. I lightly sketch, then I used colored pencils for shading and blocking in color. Oil pastels are then layered for vibrant, creamy texture!
