Today, I’m showing the simple steps used to paint the spray of blue flowers. I’m using my best friend, toned tan paper, and sketched with a charcoal pencil. I created the underpainting with Prismacolor colored pencils, then layered on the oil pastels. It is amazing how they brighten everything! I mostly used Mungyo Gallery (from Korea). They are among my favorite pastels and very affordable. Video below!
