I’ve been playing with oil pastels. I love how texural and creamy they are! My favorite affordable brand is Gallery (links below). I find doing a light underpainting with watercolor or acrylic works well having the oil pastels layered on top.
This is unfinished, but I love how the flowers are turning out!
