I love nature. Creation is a constant reminder that God is powerful and loves beautiful things! The majesty of mountains contrast with the peace of the fields. For this painting, I used my Derwent Inktense pencils to color the large shapes of the fields and mountains. I then activated the color with water. The activated ink, once dry, won’t move as more media is layered on top. I switched to my oil pastels, which are great for texture and an impressionist feel.
