I love ships and the ocean. There is something majestic about such an expanse of water, combined with a man-made contraption to travel on it. I painted this sea-worthy ship in oil pastel on Strathmore toned gray paper. Since it is -5 degrees Fahrenheit right now where I live, I thought I would remind myself of water that isn’t frozen. 🙂
