Painting smaller things everyday really helps to keep the creative juices flowing, as well as developing technique. DIY Sprouts & Video
Growing these sprouts is so fast and easy, even I can do it. I have to say I have been guilty of planticide before, so I mean it when I say anyone can do it! Mixed Media Alternate Alice
This was a quick, fun mixed media exercise! (YOUTUBE SHORT) I started by dabbing watercolors onto watercolor paper, then sealed that with some clear gesso. That way, I knew the foundational color wouldn't move as I layered on top of it. Next, I used a Posca paint pen to draw the lady. Then, it was just a matter of layering other color paint pens. Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip & Video
This dip is easy to make and take! The creamy, garlic goodness is a great dip for veggies, crackers, and chip. You could even smear it on some bread for a sandwich! Cook on high for one hour, or on low for two hours, then switch to warm. Don't overheat it, or it will separate a bit. VIDEO BELOW! If you don't have frozen spinach, you can use fresh.
