I was inspired to paint these tulips from a lovely photo in a Daphne’s Diary magazine. It had gorgeous flowers organically placed in one of those ceramic pitchers with blue flowers on them. It reminded me of something I would see at the Henry Ford Museum. I have always loved ceramics, and I have always loved flowers. š This was fun to paint in watercolor with touches of gouache for opacity.
